Conclusion

 La médecine expérimentale objective que l’effet hypotenseur de l’acupuncture passerait par une modulation de nombreuses molécules (endothéline-1, rénine plasmatique, angiotensine II, aldostérone, NO, 5HT, norépinephrine, dopamine, enképhaline, ß endorphine et acide γ-aminobutyrique (GABA). Dans un prochain article, à partir d’une étude de cas et des essais contrôlés randomisés sur l’homme, nous étudierons si et de quelle manière peuvent être confirmées ces actions.
