Résumé : La décision de dire dépend de la vésicule biliaire (dan) et du « vouloir » des reins (zhi). Le contenu de la parole associe l’idéation (yi) au vouloir (zhi). Sa commande dépend du hun. Les troubles de la prise de parole répondent à deux grandes familles d’altérations énergétiques et psychiques : les inhibitions par vide énergétique, les obstructions énergétiques secondaires aux émotions (par colère réprimée, par peur de s’exprimer. Nous examinerons les points spécifiques facilitateurs de la parole en fonction des syndromes envisages. Summary: In Traditional
Chinese Medicine (TCM), the decision to say something depends on the gall
bladder (dan) and the “will” of the kidneys (zhi). The content or meaning of the words is
associated with ideation (yi) and the “will” (zhi).
The control of speech depends on hun. The inability
to speak or make a decision to speak arises from disturbances of the Energetic
and or the Psychological Systems. This includes disturbances such as
inhibitions caused by a deficiency or a void of energy, energetic obstructions
that are caused by emotional disturbances such as repressed anger and fear to
express oneself. We will study specific acupuncture points that will treat the
